Do you work with clients outside South Africa?+
Absolutely. Olive Bean Design is a mobile studio and we take on projects worldwide. We work remotely via email, video call, and digital file delivery — distance is no barrier.
Are the copy art and fan art pieces truly one-off?+
Yes, 100%. Every copy art and fan art piece is created as a single original — we never duplicate, print, or reproduce any commissioned piece. You receive the only one that exists.
What information do you need to start a branding project?+
A brief overview of your business, your target audience, any existing brand elements (if any), and examples of styles you like or dislike. We'll guide you through the rest with a discovery conversation.
How does the CAD prototyping process work?+
We start with your concept sketch or description, develop initial CAD drawings for your review, iterate based on your feedback, and then produce a physical prototype. We can also prepare production-ready files for manufacturers.
How long does a typical project take?+
It depends on scope. A logo design typically takes 1–2 weeks. A full brand identity is 3–4 weeks. Custom art pieces are usually 1–2 weeks. CAD prototyping varies by complexity — we'll give you a timeline upfront.
What are your payment terms?+
We typically work with a 50% deposit to begin, and the balance upon completion. For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments. All pricing is discussed and agreed upfront — no surprises.
